A new, crated Stamford HCI534E1 generator end with PMG excitation, wired for 480 volts, three phase, at 1800 RPM.
The HCI534E1 comes from Stamford’s HC5 range, built for grid code, marine, critical standby, and rail applications, with a permanent magnet generator for its excitation system. PMG excitation delivers sustained short-circuit current for selective tripping and reliable motor starting — the reason it gets specified on sets feeding large inductive loads or where downstream breaker coordination matters.
Four poles, class H insulation, 0.8 power factor. Still crated.
Suitable as a replacement gen end on an existing set or as the alternator for a new package.
