A power package is more than the equipment inside it. The skid, the enclosure, the controls, the wiring, and the coatings all determine whether that unit holds up in the environment it’s going into. BroadPoint designs and builds complete packages in house, so every part of the assembly is specified for the job it has to do.

We build new generator packages to customer specification, package air compressors to offshore and marine requirements, and take worn or damaged units all the way back to service-ready condition. The same technicians who build and rebuild these packages are the ones who service them in the field.

Three Ways We Build Power

Custom Generator Packages

Complete generator packages built from the ground up to your specification. We size and mount the engine and alternator, fabricate the skid and base fuel tank, install the enclosure, wire the controls and switchgear, and load bank test before the unit ships.

Offshore-Ready Compressor Packaging

Air compressor packages built for offshore platforms, marine vessels, and coastal facilities. Certified lift frames, corrosion protection, hazardous-area components, and containment built to the requirements of the location the unit is headed to.

Package Refurbishment

Full refurbishment of generator and compressor packages. Engine and airend overhaul, control system replacement, cooling system service, enclosure repair, blast and repaint — returned to you inspected, tested, and ready to run.

Replacing a generator or compressor package means long lead times and a new footprint to work around. Refurbishing the unit you already have puts proven equipment back in service faster, usually for a fraction of replacement cost, and keeps your existing connections and layout intact.

We tear the package down, inspect and document what we find, and give you a scope and a price before any work starts. Nothing gets rebuilt that doesn’t need it, and nothing worn goes back in.
